"Smudges" on FP1801?

Hey all, I just turned on my LCD's for the first time in about 3 months and I seem to have these smudges spots on one of them. There are about 4 spots that only show up when there is a light colored screen behind it, I can't seem to get them to go away. I'm afraid that I've messed up my LCD some how, but want to make sure before I go and get a new one.

Anyone have any idea what those smudges can be?
