Hi I just started using my C2D for F@H and when my 2610 WU was finished it was unable to send results back:( . Its set to use IE connection - I have Vista64 C2D @ 2,6GHz and firewall was set not to block F@H - what could cause this problem?
 
I suggest you disable the "Use IE Settings" option then retry. If you have a proxy, you can configure it directly in the client. To do this, run fah with the -configonly flag then when you are done, do fah -send all to retry sending the workunits.

 
Thanks I found out that as soon as I turned off all those "security features" in vista it was able to send results - but its strange because I allowed F@H to use internet when Defender asked - its most likely some glitch in vista:rolleyes:
