Assuming you have the correct size, what is the best/easiest way to put this on your tubing?
 
Take the first loop and stick it around the bottom of the tube. Hold it there and then wrap the coil around the tube, don't push it on. Wrap it like you'd wrap a kite string to it's stick except don't loop back, just keep going higher.
