Smallest ATX MB Case

I'm looking for the smallest possible case that will fit a regular sized ATX motherboard and full size video card. I haven't really payed much attention to hardware in the past 6 months to a year so I'm out of the loop. Doesn't need to be anything special or high end. This is just for a pc I can use at work and needs to fit into my locker. Any recommendations would be great. It has to be smaller than 15 inches X 17 inches.

Lian Li has the A05 which is pretty small.

I actually found this case:

I forgot to mention that I was looking for the cheapest possible as this is just a work pc and doesnt have to look good or be a high end case. Thanks for the info so far, but I think I am gonna get this Zalman, it should do everything I need it to do.

Shit, I mis read the details/spec this is micro ATX and not ATX.
