I have an AMD 3800+ X2 on a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe board. I was messing with the AiBooster panel trying to tweek, and noticed something. I OC'd to 1.41V at 2.25Ghz. Not a major feat by any means. Now at 2.2Ghz, the FSB (HTT) is at 1100. When I OC'd to .05Mhz faster the FSB dropped to like 650-660. Im not sure if thats a read error or what. I went in and benched the rig again, and played some games, and it seems to perform fine. I just need to know if this is cause for alarm, or what I need to do. I reset the mobo to factory settings and did the OC again, and same results. Is this something that needs to be fixed, and if so, any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

yeah but really dont use AI booster unless your are running a HTPC and need it to be cool.... OC with Clockgen or in your Bios.... I use both, make sure you use Prime95 to test stability

link to clockgen, or can I just google it???

Thanks.....Im not sure on the devider, so ima set it back to factory clock and do it with one of the aforementioned programs. Thanks for the quick response!!!!
