Small form factor case question

I'm looking at this http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=56-101-450&depa=0&manufactory=BROWSE

I jsut wanted to know how well that heatsink performs, or if it'd be possible to mount a aftermarket heatsink. Also will that motherboard OC well, I know small form factors don't oc well too often, but i figure since it is nforce3 it shouldn't be a huge issue.

The processor I'd be putting in is a 3200+ A64, and then kingston hyper x pc3500 2 x 256

You won't get the ocing performance from a Shuttle as you will in a full size. The main limiting factor will be the 240W ps.
You can improve case and cpu temps by:

Using artic silver instead of the included thermal paste.
Removing the grill from the rear.
Going for a mesh case
Upgrading the 80mm fan
Adding a top blow hole
 
i decided to do a full case, the coolermaster i think with dfi lanparty 250gb and a 3200+ a64
