I refer to PMs lost in the database fart. Back when I only had one Q6600 and an E6600 he PM me to see if he should duel me instead of BLUEFISH. Then I told him I was upgrading to a second Q6600, turning my PS3 back on, and adding some slower computers and the lab pirate scurried back to his hole or dorm or village in Africa or whatever he calls home. I am the pancake eater not low-hanging fruit for lab rats. :D :cool: :eek:

Great now I'm just "low hanging fruit"

for the record I have a box comming from NCIX with some "support" in it, I have been working on a new heater for my office to keep me toasty this winter and it may just be up and running this weekend if I can track down a PCI-e vidcard for temperary use.

Love it, it runs nice and cool. It was a nice case to wire becouse of all the space behind the motherboard tray and the holes leading to and from all seemed to be in the right place. The Antec fans that come with it are a bit loud but not to bad when set to low.
If i had to say something bad about it the only complaint i have is the motherboard area is just big enough for the board itself so it has to be dropped straight in, not much room for your fingers while holding the board (as compared the the TJ09 I last worked on), but once its in it is a nice clean fit.

... At the rate you're going at... I will really only have three weeks of full strength to do it left this year. Two weeks long break sucks and then Three weeks school and then once again two more weeks of break ...

Nonetheless I'll like to put that to the test. :) I just do hope that I'll prevail this time around :D

 
looks like round 2 is on.

BTW hows that Q6600 OC'ing going? I really have not had to much time to play with mine but it is running @ 2.66 same as the q6700 with no difference in temperature. kinda looking forward to going higher.

Oh I thought I had mentioned it earlier somewhere, I have deceased on OCing as it was not any stable... I've now reverted back to 3.4Ghz where I was at. Good luck with your overclocking - on stock cooler or 3rd party? I'm curious...
 
I have the Thermalright ULTRA-120 Extreme, paired with the Scythe S-FLEX 120mm fan.
Its taller than i thought, almost doesn't fit in my case.

Intel C2Q SCLAR 6600 2.4 @ 3.4 (9x378)
CPU Volt - 1.4675 (Probably could be pushed down a little)
CPU VTT - 1.2000
ICH - 1.50
MCH - 1.250
GTLREF - 67%
