SLK800 in Arizona...TOO MUCH DUST! 56k beware

My 2400 was running at 11x200, then I kept getting BSOD's, but couldn't figure out why?? I bought this hs about 10 months ago, had it apart once, so this is about 5-6months of dust!! I dust inside my case every week and try to keep it as clean as possible, so I decided to take the hsf and discovered this. These pics were taken after I knocked off the dust patty off!

The third pic is of my dog. :D

If you actually read my post, you'd see that I said I clean it weekly, but this is the dust between the fan and the hs. Who the hell checks that weekly?? You figure that the fan would blow the dust through and not build up, especially a 7k rpm fan.
 
doh! I have had mine prety bad....so bad where I needed to use a toothe brush:eek:
 
my 9800pro heatsink fan had drawn so much dust up through the holes that it got packed in and STOPPED the fan :eek:

i kinda figured thats why i was getting mad artifacts till i cleaned it with a toothbrush :D
