I'm currently using an Antec BP550 plus PSU.
Got it on a shell shocker last year, works perfectly.

But I noticed a slight rippl eon the 12v line.
Using a PHII 720 @3.41 x 4 cores (unlocked 4th) and under testing the 12v will drop from 12.12 to 11.8

11.8 is kinda bothering me.

I am not experiencing any issues at all, but don't want to power starve anything either.

Thats well within spec, only a 2.7% drop.
Nothing to worry about.

How are you measuring that? If you aren't using a multimeter, your readings aren't accurate. Also, the ATX specification for the +12V rails is between 11.4V and 12.6V, so as long as your PSU is outputting within that range, you're safe.
