I have Slackware 9.1 and am wondering where I can get ATI drivers that are the source, not an RPM.
 
AFAIK, ATI doesn't ship any source-based drivers.

Try using alien to extract the RPM and install by hand.
 
Just play around with it a bit; as long as you're not root, you can't break anything. It should be pretty obvious where things need to go.
