SiSoft SANDRA file system benchmark problem

Whenever i try to run sandra's filesystem benchmark on my raptor (C:\ windows drive) it give me this error:

"The test file is too fragmented (152 fragments). Defragment drive fully!"

I defragmented the drive 100%, and it still errors.
but it works fine on my other drives, even when they arent 100% defragmented.

has anyone had this problem before?
