Single loop, GPUs only

I want to run a single and cool my two 5850s

Here is the system I am looking into currently:

I have blocks for both the cards

Rad:
3x140 - hoping it will fit on the roof of my case, otherwise I will go with the 2x140.

Res/Pump combo:

So my big question is are the Res/pump combos worth it, do they do the job, I was thinking it would be ok for just cooling the 2 cards?
Would I get better flow with just a 2x140?

Any thing I might have missed? I have built 4 water cooled PCs before so this isn't my first time around, but a lot has changed and I would like someone to look over my order and add some input before I go spending a few hundred bucks.

I have the same res for the D5 and it works fine... I don't know much about that pump but I dont think the fact that its a res pump combo would impact performance.

It will be fine, gpus are flow agnostic.
If possible try to pick a gpu block that has relatively low resistance.
Danger Den Blocks seem to do very well in that regard.
in order of general restriction xspc --> ek -->danger den (least restrictive)

if you can't fit a 140.3, then get a 120.3. The quality of 120mm fans that are currently available generally exceed 140mm fans. Martin is currently doing another fan review on xtremesystems, and he will be doing 140mm fans.

I guess I could have just added that info:

I will be running Bitspower Black Freezer on the 5850s

I plan on ordering tonight, that list plus MX3 is what I plan to order.

The length is the issue, not the width. The top of the case (Lian-Li LanCool) has two 140s currently and I wanted to use those and try and modify the stock case cover to cover the rad, so most likely just a 140x2 will work, still need to measure.
