Wondering if mixing USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices on the same bus will make the 2.0 devices use 1.1 speeds, or is each device independent?

If you have a USB 1.1 device plugged into a 2.0 port and then a USB 2.0 device plugged in right next to it in another USB 2.0 port, they both run at different speeds 2.0 is faster and 1.1 is slower.

Each connection is independent.
