Silverstone RMA Process?

I've got a Silverstone ST-1000 "Strider" modular PSU in my rig - Q9550 OC'ed to 3.4, 4870X2, 8GB RAM, 2 HDDs, 2 DVD drives, mild watercooling setup for the CPU. Just up and died yesterday.

The PSU gave me warning signs, I guess, 2 nights ago. I was playing some CoH, and had some graphics glitches show up near the end of my play-time - I really didn't think anything of it at that point, I had just installed the 8.9 Catalyst drivers and thought it had something to do with those...

Yesterday, I started up some HL2, which was going just fine, for about 2-3 minutes. Then the system just shut off, no warning, nothing. The LED on the back of the PSU no longer lights up, and it doesn't power on. No burned smell, I think it's just the random death that Newegg's reviews warn about... Still majorly sucks though.

Anyone here dealt with Silverstone in regards to their RMA process? I'm assuming I can fill out their RMA form and email it to them, get the RMA number, and send the PSU back. One of the forms says to mail in the original packaging... do I need to send cables also? I really don't want to have to un-wire my system to send the wires back with the PSU, get a new set back, and have to re-wire it. It would be nice if I could just send the PSU itself...

Easiest way to find out is to call up Silverstone and ask them yourself.
