Can a power supply be installed upside down?

I have a Lan Li case and in order for this power supply to have the fan on the bottom side it has to be installed upside down. Does it make a difference in performance or anything? The bottom fan is sucking air in and the back fan is blowing air out. The only difference I am seeing is that the PSU plate of the case is not fitting right.

If I was to install the PSU so it does not appear to be upside then the fan would be on the top side which leaves very little room from the top of the PSU to the top of the case.

Was just wondering...

TIA

The inside fan is facing down, towards the processor. You wouldn't be installing it upside down, that would be the right way.
I have 3 Lian Li cases, so I know exactly what you mean.

Thanks!

That's what I thought but I just wanted to confirm it with the experts.
