I just built my first PC, and my case has a window on one side and you can see all those stupid wires from the PSU. They are very ugly. Could anyone tell me the easiest way to hide/cover or otherwise make the wires less of an eyesore? There are also a few wires here and there that run to and from various places, but the biggest problem is the PSU wires. Thanks in advance and sorry for my newbish-ness!

zip ties and elec. tape do wonders. Also you can "trim" off what you don't need to help with the mess.
Take a pic and post for a better idea from the group.
 
Try to make the wires run behind the hard disk drive bays or at the same level as the motherboard then route forward to the drives power connectors.

Zip ties are very useful as pointed out by cre8chaos and sleeving is great too (thanks luke51087) but creates a more permanent setup.
If using sleeving, be sure to leave power connectors in the right place to plug in future drives.
Same appies to zip ties really but they are much easier to cut and replace :)
 
Thanks for all the replies, i found some "modding" guides for cables in the FAQ. My case is and NZXT Trinity. I'm going to round the IDE cable, and wrap the others i believe!
