www.silentpcreview.com

probably the best site on silencing your pc.

i personally use 80mm Nexus Real Silent fans and 120mm Yate Loons @ 7v.

you can order these from Frozencpu, SVC, Case-Mod, Performance PCs, jab-tech.

if you want to make your pc silent, i think youll have to replace more than case fans. you should consider silencing your CPU, Video Card, chipset cooler, PSU, HDD, then worry about the case fans.

I have a Shuttle SK41G and I am sure its the CPU fan that needs replacing but I might as well replace the fan on the geforce 4 to...no clue how to do that

since you have a Shuttle XPC, check out http://forums.sudhian.com/index.cfm...ies=y&subcatname=SFF Tech - Small Form Factor forum.

that forums specializes in modding shuttle XPC's. theyll tell you what fans to use and possible mods to quiet your shuttle (ICE heatpip fan swap, chipset cooler swap, PSU fan swap, compatible silent single slot vid card coolers, software fan control, etc).
