Shuttle XPC Fan question

i just have a quick question about the Shuttle XPC SK22G2B (AM2 Shuttle) (link here)

does anyone know the fan size of the shuttle, i am looking to build a completely silent PC, and i want to use a 120mm yate loon at 7volts, however, i cannot find any information on the fan and it looks lke an 80mm one. does anyone have any clarification on this?
 
also, is there any replacement to the PS fan? the quieter the better, and that small fan looks like its gunna make alot of noise..
