Hey guys,

I've got a Shuttle SB75G2 with a 3.2C and Muchkin's 222 Special RAM. I'm looking to do a mild to medium overclock, what should I set my CPU clock (currently 200mhz) and CPU voltage (currently Auto) to?

I realize that the shuttle is going to have cooling problems, but if I could get 3.4 or 3.5, that would be pretty damn cool. :)

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

What kind of RAM is that?...Got a link?

You will need to put FSB to 213 to reach 3.4...You will probably hit it...Not sure because I am unsure of this RAM's potential...

What do you have your vdimm set to? Crank it up see if that helps. I keep mine set to 2.75.

To find out if it is your RAM which is limiting you, try setting it to a different ratio. Try setting your RAM to run at ddr320.

Make sure that you have your agp and pci busses locked.

What do you have your speedfan settings at? I keep mine at 52 degrees, which works out about perfect, I almost never hear the fan speed up.

Have you voided your warranty yet by cutting out the rear fan grill? That can drop your cpu temps by as much as ten degrees celsius. But... it does kill your warranty...

I just don't expect that a 3.2c is going to crap out with a measly 160mhz overclock. Does the sb75 undervolt like the sb61? I have my voltage set to 1.6 in the bios, but according to mbm5 the chip is only getting 1.53. So you can try tweaking with how much voltage your feeding it to try and get it close to to just a bit above stock and see if that works.

Best of luck.
