Shuttle SB61G2 prescott compatible?

Anybody know if this is prescott compatible.

I have a friend who wants a pentium 4 based computer built and hes offering to take my 2.4C and let me get a 2.8E to go in my cube.

But are they compatible,

Also is there a way to check the board to see if its the newer revision pcb.
