Shuttle PC Heatsink

im thinking about building a small form factor/shuttle PC, and the only heatsinks i have are giant Thermalright Ultras and Zalman CNPS 9700s, so im looking for a cooler that is rather small, but still performs better than stock, whats the most popular or best performing small heatsink out there?
 
I want to warn you from personal experience that small form factors overheat real easy, and it can become a pain in the ass problem.
