I told them that I was starting a small personal business of fixing personal computers (which is not a lie) and was wondering what Dell would do FOR ME. "How can Dell benefit me?" and "How can Dell hook me up and/or work with me?" It's that easy. I actually called 3 different people and they kept going cheaper and cheaper lol.

This one rep really wanted to sell me a monitor and I told him that for a reasonable price, I would buy one that very moment. He gave me a pretty descent price, I thought about it for about an hour and called him back to order it. It's not hard to talk a Dell rep down.
 
Haha, nice. I'll wait until the monitor comes down to $500 normally with a coupon (compared to like $550 now), and then call Dell and see what they can do. Thanks for the advice though.
