Should I Water Cool NB?

I'd use a NB waterblock if you had a fanlass system. A hot chipset or overclocking without any air flow does a passive solution no good. There are some great cooling solutions for low-restriction waterblocks or quiet passive sinks too, but once you combine a hot board with no air flow, you shouldn't ignore your NB temps.

Now, if only I could find a 1/2" waterblock for my power regulators on the evga 680i, I'd be set. This is what I have so far for my setup:

2 x EK-High Performance Full Coverage Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX Series Water Block
2 x EK-Multioption RES 250
1 x EK-EVGA 680i Northbridge Water Block
1 x EK-NF4 rev 1.1 chipset waterblock
1 x D-Tek Fuzion CPU waterblock
2 x Swiftech MCP655 12 VDC Pump (MCP655)
2 x ThermoChill PA120.3 Triple 120mm Radiator
2 x Nexus DiskTwin - Premium HDD Silencer - Black
10 x Tygon 3603 1/2" ID Clear Tubing

I'm pretty sure your Asus board will work with either a MCW30 or an EK Asus block. There's numerous people using the MCW30's on your board.

Mosfets don't need active cooling. They only need a heatsink. If you were forced to remove yours for some reason, Thermalright has nice aftermarket mosfet heatsinks.

Yeah, my northbridge cooler is attached to the mosfet passive cooler, it is all one piece
