Hey guys, i got a gigabyte 6600GT, i was wondering is it wise to install the graphic card driver from BF2 CD, will there be any issues at all?
 
use the latest directx (9.0c) from microsoft.com, and the latest nVidia Forceware's from nvidia.com. The one's on that CD may be older than what's currently available.
 
That driver fixes the shadows. All drivers past also fix this issue. IMO you should just use the latest one from Nvidia,.78.03 or whatever it is.
