Should I Get a New CPU Block?

I went from an i7 2600k to a 1700x. I have a XSPC Rasa Block now. Been looking at the Raystorm Pro, but is it really worth it? My temps are 62C full load at 3925. How much lower do you think the new block would make the temps roughly?
