SFF mATX Case: Need help!

I'm having a HELL of a time finding a case that meets these requirements, this is my first SFF and I didn't know decent cases were so hard to come by!

To tell you guys a little about my build, and why I'm doing it. I need a workhorse for 3D applications, MATLAB, video editing etc.
I need SFF because where I am moving there is not much space for hulking full tower cases. Aesthetics at this point are a low priority, I've been having so much trouble finding a decent case that the looks are completely secondary to the features.


So, about the build...

The main specs are Z77 mATX, 3770k, GTX 770 (4GB), H60i, 600W PSU (non-modular), 1HDD and 2SSDs. So what to take from that...

The case has to be mATX compatible, must be able to sport a 120mm closed loop WC, compatible with the GTX 770 (~12").
The case must be able to hold the HDD and SSDs. The case MUST have 2x USB 3.0 front ports... My budget is around $125... +/- depending on the case.

I've been looking at the SG09 but have recently been turned off from it by the necessity for a modular PSU. The PC-A04 was another option, but I recently found out it has 1 USB 3.0 FP that needs an external connection. The TJ08 seems large... 30+ liters.

I feel like this case is almost impossible to find, I've even resorted to HTPC cases and no luck there... Please Obi Wan... Your my only hope!

Is the Cooler Master Elite matx compatible? Holy hell, I wish it was!

This case is pretty awesome. I'll admit I wish it were less bulky, but it's not too bad. Comes with built-in handles: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119265

SG09 is pretty much the smallest mATX for your needs. Are you sure it needs a modular PSU? Nothing like that mentioned on the product page. What PSU do you have?

PS08 is 24 liters as well but doesn't support 120mm closed loop cooler. NZXT Vulcan is 28 liters. Silverstone PS07 and TJ08 are 31 liters. Maybe there is some Lian Li case, but the ones I'm familiar with often have GPU length restriction.

HAF is over 60 liters, that's twice the size of the TJ08-E which he found too large.

Core 1000 is a good suggestion though :)

The SG09 doesn't necessarily need a modular PSU, but the wiring looks horrifying with out it. My PSU is a Corsair CX600. I actually have a NZXT Vulcan system; and I love the case, seems a little bulky for 30 liters actually!
