setting up a completely standalone pc?

well.. Okay I do a lot of downlaoding. sorting. file storing etc. using both bittorrent and newsgroups. for the ng's I use SabNZBD and for bt I use Uttorent and the webui.

SO Now I can access both my news and my torrent programs from anywhere on my network OR the internet for that matter.
I can set Sab to auto par/rar and sort the files easy.

I am trying to figure out. IF there is a windows based ap that will let me login similair to above programs and go through my hard drives move/delete etc. use winrar?

OR Is there a third party application I could use to remote in.Securely and easily without having to rely's on windows built in stuff?

And another vote for LogMeIn. Of course there is other options but LogMeIn....to be cliche, just works.
