Setting RAM Timing PLEASE HELP

I know how to go to the Cell Menu but when I try to change the voltages of the RAM the option is greyed out. It will not allow me to change the voltage! Also as far as setting latencies which options do I change??? The sticker on the RAM says 5-5-5-15 I just want to make sure I change the right options.. There are many options that could be 5 or 15 I don't know what to do!!!! Also in AMD Overdrive.... What should the Memory Frequency be??? I would ssume somewhere way higher than 208.18MHz which is what it is right now... I need to get this stuff set! Please help and I will be happy to post benches along the way.
 
You already have a thread about this...you should have posted in that again. And I'm pretty sure the question was answered (though I could be wrong about that).
 
Yes I had a post about this and it was halfassedly answered. I know how to get to the menu but my issue is the MENU OPTIONS will not change. They are disabled! How do I change that?
 
To change memory timings, look through one of the RAM/Memory options that says 'SPD' as one of it's available options. If may or may not be located in other menus, such as the Northbridge settings.


Anyway, briefly, usually the main timings described are as following: CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)

CAS Latency (CAS/tCL)

RAS# to CAS# Read Delay (tRCD)

RAS# Precharge (tRP)

(Activate) to Precharge Delay (tRAS)

So for example, when you see 4-4-4-15, it is more than likely referring to 4 CAS, 4 tRCD, 4 tRP and 15 tRAS as it's settings. Everything else is subtimings that do not necessarily provide much of an improvement but you'll have to research and experiment.
 
Thank you for that clarification! Now I have an issue with Memory voltage. When I scroll down the menu to Voltage area the CPU,Memory,NB, and Hypertransport voltage is Grey. The key on the left says Grey:Default Voltage and when it is Highlighted it is highlighted in Red which the key says Red:Not Recommended. How do I get into these options to change them?
