Server Sliding Rail Kit

I have a 2410 Dell Rack Cabinet. That had 2 sets of Sliding Rails That look like that go up to 4U Height. I was wondering if i can use these with any 4U or do i have to go and get a dell 4u for this. here is a quick pick of the rails

There for a Dell PowerEdge PE6950 Server so im just going to go and sell these

I have 2 of those cases and I love them.. as for the rails I would have to see a closer more detailed picture of them to tell you. but those cases have multiple holes on them for different types of rails.
