Serv-U Install Error

Hey Guys,
I just did a fresh install on windows, all the updates then went to install Serv-U and got the following error.
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run proplerly. The relocation occured because the DLL c:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserverd for Windows system DLL's. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."

Anyone have any suggestions to fix this issue?

I had a similar issue when trying to install Serv-U, and I found out that for me, it was because of a problem with a windows update.

After installing the following updates, it worked for me:
