how good are these headphone? im looking to buy them either tommorro or sunday. will i need an amp to power them or will they run fine of my audigy 2 plat. is there any reason i shouldnt buy them?
 
They are pretty decent cans.
You will definitely want an amp for them.
I would suggest you listen to them before you buy... you might not like them.
 
im not an expert or an audiophile, but my brother runs these on an audigy 2 zs. Because of these headphones I've gone ahead and bought another one. They have a real nice feel around the ears, has that velvetty padding. I have also a sennheiser hd280 coming tomorrow so hopefully i can compare them even though they seem totally different.
 
I recently bought these headphones and also was wondering on getting a headphone amp. Any suggestions for a headphone amp or would the 150 dollar one from headroom work? I noticed a huge difference after i took them off my discman and hooked them up to my computer but i am still curious if i am still missing out on something by not having an amp.
