have had them for about 2 weeks. Second set of senn's. First set were pc120(think thats it, with the mic, apparently best for cs).

All in all sennheiser is okay. The bass is lacking in both headphones, very weak. The treble and mids in the hd212's are better than the pc120, as well as the bass. Overall the treble is okay. I am using a sb audigy 2 zs platinum.

The comfort is outstanding on both. Both can be worn for 5 hours + with no discomfort at all. Excellent.

The 212's have noise cancellation, and it rocks. I can barely hear my phone ringing, and I can not hear my computer fans if I turn them up.

The 120's are supposed to let all sound in (good for lans), and it works very well.

All in all sennheiser is decent, but I would like to see better high's, and defnitely more bass is needed (at least for me).

Actually I found the 212's to be bass heavy, but in a bad (think logitech ;)) way.
The 212's have noise cancellation, and it rocks.

Last time I checked they were just closed; no noise cancellation.
