Hey I'm thinking of getting these(or another pair of headphones), i was curious if anyone has experience with them.
I'll be using them for a near equal mix of music, movies and games. I plan to plug them into my reciever but my buddy is also goign to build me a cmoy amp to use with whatever I get.
The music i listen to is a wide range, from vocal to hard rock to classical.
Thanks

i have the HD555 (with a headsave amp)

and they are great

very warm sound with clean treble and defined bass

check out www.headphone.com or www.head-fi.org

if u have headphone questions

they are worth the purchase

but remember to let them burn in atleast 100 hours

alright i think i'm going to buy these. Anyone deal with ecost.com? They are so much cheaper than everywhere else, and the 555's aren't listed as refurbed, so i would have to assume they are new. In fact they just dropped the price like $10 since this morning when i checked.
