Selling Dell Gift cards?

What do you mean?

It is allowed, I see them being sold all the time. Just be sure to inform your buyer that it is a promotional code that has an expiration date and different terms than a normal gift card.

Dell promo credits often have a very limited time window to spend them in. If someone waits too long, the promo credit goes to $0. Most gift cards don't do this. Each promo credit will have its own expiration date.
 
also Dell promo credits usually do not stack with other gift cards, promo cards, coupons, ect
