After some tuning, this monitor is amazing. It's better than my old Hitachi, colors, contrast, response time, case, everything is better. I compare it side by side with the Viewsonic VP201B and it's better in all area, the Viewsonic look blurry and dull compare to the Samsung. At first I simply panick because out of the box it look wash out.

I'm now really satisfied with my new LCD, only complaint is that blue pixel but I can live with it, my previous LCD has a green one, I'm not lucky in that area, everybody seem to have perfect LCD but me :-(

Really good monitor that I would not hesitate to recommend.
 
Where did you buy the LCD from? They did not have a burnt pixel policy?
