second 5850

i had to rma my first asus 5850. the fan wouldn't keep up with the card.but i got my new one today. i ran it for about 2 hours testing drivers and games. so i decided to run it up to the 5870 speeds. i moved it up to 850core and 1200mem,hit apply and continued gaming for another hour. so far so good.

so this weekend i'll push on it abit,and maybe mess with the voltage.i'll post my results for everyone to see.

the fan was not spinning up to speed.even turned it up to 100% and it made it to about 20%.but if i touched it with my finger tip it would take off like a rocket,lol. so i took it out and squeezed it real hard and it ran fine.but i wasn't happy with that fix so i sent it back.

sounds like the fan blade wasnt fixed to the spindle. i would defintely have sent that back
