I am looking to upgrade my hard drive and was looking at the Seagate 7200.7 series. I have an Abit IS7 with ICH5R. I was wondering whether I should go for the regular 160GB SATA 7200.7 or get an extra card that supports NCQ and use it with the NCQ 160GB version of the 7200.7. Any suggestions?
