I just received my RMA drive from seagate, and it turns out that the hardware ECC Recovered number is crazy high in like the 208 million. and also my raw read error rate.

This drive does the same exact thing as the drive i needed to send back to seagate...

And it does the click/recalibration thing just like my other drive.

this drive has 0 power on hours.

So whats up with seagate drives? Is this normal?
