SCSI hard drive space

I have a netfinity 5600 server 8664-3ay and it has a IBM server raid hotswap scsi system with 5x18.2gig drives. When i went to install Win server 2K3 it saw 3 drives, one with 18gig, than a 93mb drive and than a 33gig drive. Now i am pretty sure that the 1st 2 drives are in a raid1 config. But i dont know about the rest, i dont know how everything adds up. this is my first time using SCSI in a server and using a Server SCSI RAID controller. just some ideas of what could cause this would be great.

Also i get an error when i boot the server before it loads windows, the error is.

POST Start up Errors
5962 Configuration change has occurred
162 Configuration change has occurred
164 Memory size has changed

then it brings me in to the bios saying that there were config errors and either to continue or exit, if i chose to continue it takes me in to the bios and if i hit exit then it boots to windows.

Sounds like it's configured like this:
disk1 + disk2 -> raid1, 18GB capacity
disk3 + disk4 + disk5 -> raid5, 36gb capacity
and the second has a small partition on it for whatever reason. The reason the 2nd array is only 33gb is a) you get N-1*capacity with raid5, so (3-1)*18 = 36, and b) it's gigabytes, and the HDDs are calibrated in gibibytes.

So is that all you're asking, or do you want to change the configuration to something else?

OK now i changed the POST was set for "quick" and i changed the POST check to "enhanced" then when i rebooted the server i did not have a problem it went straight into windows.

now did i fix or it or did i just run around the problem and the problem is still occuring it just does not tell me.
