What are some low profile black clean screws I could use to secure a blowhole grill on top of a Lian Li PV-A05? I was looking at the socket screws but was hoping for something more low profile. Maybe thin thumb screws?

Also, what size / length screws should they be? I'm using this Phobya rad grill and a 140mm x 25mm fan. Thanks for any advice.
