Screen randomly goes black when browsing.

For the past week I have been having a VERY strange issue. For whatever reason randomly if I am say, browsing a webpage and scroll down or up the page itself will turn all black, however, the top of my browser and the bottom windows bar doesn't and I can do other things on the computer fine. Exiting the browser and opening a new one works; for awhile. The thing is when it starts doing it on one page if I switch to another tab it'll start doing it to that one. It's the strangest thing I have seen.
