Except for now... it doesn't want to work on my desktop or my wife's laptop. We've downloaded and installed the latest "Manager" but both of our systems say "Missing Driver".

I tried to "update" the driver. Nothing.
I googled it, and can't find a "driver" for this thing.

Anyone?!
