ScanSanap S1500 Problem -- Please help :)

I love this scanner!

Except for now... it doesn't want to work on my desktop or my wife's laptop. We've downloaded and installed the latest "Manager" but both of our systems say "Missing Driver".

I tried to "update" the driver. Nothing.
I googled it, and can't find a "driver" for this thing.

Anyone?!

Randomly unplugging and plugging back in finally worked
