Can someone with an LCD that has a native res of 1600x1200 tell me how it looks at 800x600 in games. I would really appreciate it if someone could do it. I know that on my LCD( 1280x1024), when I go down, it looks blurry and more pixilated. But I thought that because it keeps 2:1 with the monitor at 800x600, it shouldn't look bad. Thanks.

It should be more pixelated and blurry. LCD's don't work like CRT's they look best at the native resolution. 800x600 at 1600x1200 means that each pixel is now 4 pixels big which is blocky.

I dont mind playing games at non-native at all, but some people around here do, so it depends on the person, and a bit on the panel as well.
