Write an e-mail to Shuttle. They're a little slow in responding, but have always gotten back to me. They used to sell refurb'd sff mobo's on their site, but have (supposedly temporarily) gone to selling on ebay, and a lot less stuff than they used to on their site.
Still, they told me once that if I told them what I was looking for, they'd do their best to hook me up with it.
