Saving quicktime vids

Hey guys, I have access to a site that has some videos I want to download. I click on a link, and quicktime opens its own little window in IE. How do I save that file on my hard drive???

Watch the whole video first and then it will end up in your internet cache. The do a search for *.mov and then copy it to wherever you want to keep it.

That's that only way I have ever been able to save streamed qt vidz...
