Is it possible some how to save display arrangement to return it to again?

I currently have 3 monitors and I use eyefinity for some games. Most of the time I am not in eyefinity mode and I will change the monitors in a different arrangement. Is is possible to save these settings and easily switch back and forth without having to go through the catalyst steps each time?
 
I found presets that work great.

If anyone else is looking for it. Its ins CCC, and you can save them and switch from the CCC tray.
