Sata Power cables

Would it say in the description though?

i.e. on Newegg it tells me:

+3.3V@30A, +5V@38A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@15A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2A

Could someone tell me what each of those are?
 
Those are the ratings of how many amps the psu can put out on each of it's different voltage rails.
