SATA II Cables?

I'm looking at putting a SATA II drive (I know it isn't a major performance jump, but it's like an extra 9 dollars over SATA150) in my new build shortly, and I was just wondering if the SATA II cables differ from those of the 150 variety. Also, I'll be using an MSI Neo4 Plat, and although it advertises the SATA II interface as its primary HDD connection, MSI's site says the board comes with just SATA cables, not specifying either 150 or II. I'm probably worrying too much about small things, but I just wanted to check this because the drive is bare and I don't see any "SATA II" cables for sale separately. Thanks.
