I can't even find where to request a ticket on their site...I think they're hiding it somewhere. I put in a support ticket, and I can't find where to check my ticket for updates is either.

took me forever to get them to allow an RMA. first they said i should talk to newegg, then newegg said it was over so many days and go talk to sapphire, then sapphire said no way, then eventually sapphire said yes.

all this was on the phone.

ohh, I should send my mom after them...yah, I can't rma to newegg this late. Going to give me a hard time, bleh.

Lucky for me, they have an office 2 hours from here... though I never had to do any RMA's with them. Phew~

My mom played phone wrestling with the Directv people...we got a new receiver (HDtv thing) and a $100 cable that they were going to charge us for free. Sapphire...prepare yourselves!

dude sapphire's RMA sucks, first you have to email them , get a support ticket, show proof of purchase, fill out a stupid pda form, fax or email it in, then you have to pay them for a processing fee.

if thats true, mainly the processing fee part, I would never buy a sapphire. Hope xfx's warranty is not like that, better yet hope I never have to find out.

This is why I prefer Nvidia...I like Nvidia's manufacturers much better.

Speaking of which....do any ATi manufacturers offer liftetime warranty?

ive had to RMA one sapphire card. all i simply had to do was tell them what happened, i told them what i did to make sure the card was gone and that the card was the problem *basically told them all the troubleshoot stuff they would have had me do*. they gave me an RMA number and a addy to send the card. got it back within 4 days. i dont understand it since everybody has their own story.

*edit for typo*

i had a sapphire 9800 pro that was like 3 months out of warranty when it bit the dust. for $15 they took care of it within a week.
