Sapphire Radeon 9700 Pro problems

I can't play games at all any more.. every game ends up coming up like:

the image isn't working in preview.. here's a link:

I've been using this card for over a year without problems. I've already tried formatting and I'm running the latest catalyst drivers, yet its still doing this. Is there any way to narrow down the problem or anything I can do to fix my video card?

Did you try reinserting the card back into the AGP slot? Also, after inserting, I'd leave the screw off the bracket during testing, just in case the card is tilted out of the slot once the screw has been fastened.

I've seen visual anamolies simliar to what you've posted before. Once with a Kyro based card and once with my original 9700Pro. Unfortunately, in both cases, the card had to be RMA'd back to the factory.

pulled it out, cleaned out the dust in the fan, everything looks fine. Unfortunately www.sapphiretech.com is down right now so I can't talk to them. I guess I'll see about RMAing it whenever it works again.
